    Parking Requirements It is the responsibility of the persons booking the van to ensure it has a place to park that meets the requirements below. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the event. Please contact us if you are unsure. ​ Please ensure your location satisfies the below requirements before booking the van: – Requirements Parking space of approximately two and a half car spaces in length A clearing at the rear of the van for passengers to board safely Access to a nearby standard plug socket Space to access the location without causing damage to the van or its surroundings Restrictions Cannot be parked on yellow lines Cannot be parked on a severe slope Cannot be blocking any footpaths or access to footpaths Cannot be parked where it is at risk of being issued with a penalty Cannot be parked on a junction or anywhere where it could prove an obstruction to other traffic If any fees are to be paid for parking this must be covered by the persons booking the van Any extension lead used must not cause a hazard to passing road users or members of the public

    How does the gaming van party experience work? You will receive a confirmation email from us once all of the details and important information has been received. Our gamer will drive the van to your event, and you can sit back and relax until the end of the gaming experience. How much space will is needed for the gaming van? Our gaming van is a long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter which will take up 2 standard car parking spaces and will generally fit on a standard driveway. How far in advance do I need to book? While we don't have a time limit, it is best to book as far in advance as possible to be sure you get your preferred date and time slot. Just drop us an email, send us a message on one of our social media pages or give us a call. My child wants to play a game that is rated 16's, but is only 11 - is this allowed? In instances like this, this is only permitted when we get signed consent from their parents. Is there a break or are the party goers gaming for the full 90/120 minutes? For a 90 minute package, there is a 10 minutes break and for a 120 minute package, there is a 20 minute break. During the break time, the party goers can avail of our giant garden games if included in the booking, or parents can make use of this time and get the little ones fed and ready for round two of their gaming experiences. Do I provide you with power? Yes, we require a power socket as we run an extension lead into your property. All equipment used inside the van is state of the art equipment and has a very low power consumption. Do I provide you with internet? No, we have our own internet on board the gaming van so your party goers can play against each other cross platform on some of our consoles and games, including Fortnite. Do adults have to be present during the children's party? We ask that an adult is present at the venue throughout the duration of the gaming experience, however, it is not necessary for an adult to remain at the gaming van as our Gamin' On The Go gamers will be there to assist party goers. Do you drive around during the party? Not at all, the gaming van is completely stationary for the duration of the gaming experience. I have a query that is not listed above?     PAYMENT POLICY: Payment We accept cash on the day of your booking for the agreed amount. We also accept card payments, debit cards, credit cards, mobile payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is an additional 3.75% transaction fee for use of this service. Receipts can be issued on the day of your booking for all payment methods. Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed once you recieve a confirmation email in return. ​ CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY: We offer Free Cancellation for peace of mind. All we ask is that you notify us as soon as possible of your cancellation. If you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is as follows: All cancelations must be submitted in writing via email. The Company reserves the right to cancel, alter, or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as serious illness, severe weather or any other circumstances which would subject or any of its employees or any of its participants to danger. ​ TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Our primary service area is a 40km radius of Dunboyne, Co. Meath. A surcharge of €1.00 per kilometer plus toll fees will be applied to bookings that fall outside of our 40km base BAD WEATHER: The Gamin' On The Go van was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm or other strong weather event) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. ​ ALCOHOL/DRUGS: Drugs or Alcohol of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Gamin' On The Go van equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. We have a NO SMOKING policy. ​ DAMAGE/INJURY: Neither Gamin' On The Go nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the van in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Gamin' On The Go reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the van or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. Neither Gamin' On The Go nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. We have a zero tolerance policy to ANY bad or threatening behaviour and bad language to our team or other party goers. We have the right to remove anybody who is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others . We also reserve the right to end the session immediately if required. If this happens, no refund will be given or the right to rebook another party. Any additional costs involved in removing the participant will be charged to the client. Damages In the event of any damage to our equipment or vehicle that has happened due to vandalism or ill treatment, we reserve the right to charge to the party organiser the full amount to repair and/or replace the equipment. Any damages that occur must be reported to a member of the team when it happens. In the event of any damages caused by participants to vehicles or Gamin' On The Go equipment, except by fair wear and tear, the client will be charged the full replacement cost. Any damages must be reported immediately. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any damage to driveway or grounds that is considered to be caused by our vehicle, crew or party goers. It is the event organiser's responsibility to ensure the grounds are suitable to support our gaming van and where unsure to seek advice from a qualified person. FOOD/DRINK: Gamin' On The Go does not allow any food or drinks into the van. Please have your guests consume them outside of the van prior to entering. PHOTOGRAPHY: During the event we may take some photos and videos for marketing, advertising or for the website. If you do not want us to take photos, please inform us. ​ OUR VAN: When the van pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our staff will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. VIDEO GAME RATINGS: Gamin' On The Go van will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorisation from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let our staff know as soon as you can after they get there. ​ LIABILITY: A pro rata reduction in the Gamin' On The Go hire fee will be paid in the event of a delayed start only if you fail to receive the full time you paid for. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings. Depending on the situation we will also offer to exchange the booking to another date. Although we will try to make sure we arrive beforehand, we cannot guarantee this as can be due to circumstances preventing us such as traffic. In the event of late arrival we will still stay for the full period of how long the party was for. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any damage to driveway or ground that is considered to be caused by our staff, van or party attendees. It is the party organiser’s responsibility to take advice from a qualified person whether the grounds are suitable. We will accept no liability for any issues arising from failure to accept and/or respond to the authority and instructions of the appointed staff. UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: In circumstances such as serious illness, severe weather or any other circumstance which would subject us to danger we reserve the right to cancel, alter or delay your booking. We will inform you of any such issue as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements. ​ SAFETY OF PARTICIPANTS: Gamin' On The Go reserve the right to send away any person who in their judgement is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others. In this event no refund will be given to said individual(s) nor to the party in cases where this leads to a cancellation of the booking. For the comfort, health and safety of all concerned, there will be no smoking during any of the activities. Gamin' On The Go will accept no liability for problems arising from failure to accept and/or respond to the authority and instructions of the appointed staff member. ​ AGE APPROPRIATE GAMING: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that parental consent is obtained from all parents/guardians of party guests to play age related games. ​​ COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: If you have a complaint during your event please make it directly to our Gamin' On The Go staff member, who will do their utmost to resolve the matter immediately. In the event of you not being satisfied with their response, please make your complaint in writing to Gamin' On The Go within 14 days of your booking date. Your feedback is important to us and will be treated as such. ​ INSURANCE: Gamin' On The Go is covered by all relevant insurances. ​ Any Trademarks used on this website are strictly the property of their respective owners. ​

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that we participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively. We would advise you to use social media platforms wisely and communicate / engage upon them with due care and caution in regard to your own privacy and personal details. Gamin' On The Go will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and we encourage you to contact us through our primary communication channels such as email or telephone if you wish to discuss details for your events and parties. Gamin' On The Go may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to social media platforms. We would advise you, before using such social sharing buttons that you do so at your own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share Gamin' On The Go through your social media platform account. i) Shortened Links in Social Media Through our social media platform accounts, we may share web links to relevant web pages. By default some social media platforms shorten lengthy website addresses. We would advise you to take caution and good judgement before clicking any shortened URLs published on social media platforms by Gamin' On The Go or others. Despite our best efforts to ensure only genuine URLs are published many social media platforms are prone to SPAM and hacking and therefore we cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any shortened links. Access and Correction of Your Information. You have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you (as defined in the EU General Data Regulation Protection 2018) upon receipt of a written request.
